The Frozen Serenity Cocktail is a cool blue frosted cocktail. This cocktail is made from: Whipped Vodka, Malibu, Blue Curacao, Lime Juice and Simple Syrup.
Rim fishbowl with blue sugar and coconut cream. Fill with crushed ice and Stir then Garnish with whipped cream and pearlized snow flakes.

2 1/2 oz (75ml) Whipped Vodka
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Malibu
1 oz (30ml) Blue Curacao
1/2 oz (15ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz (15ml) Simple Syrup
Top off with Sprite and Coconut Water
